Terms of Service

These Terms set the baseline rules for using Loki Intelligence and for requesting authorized security testing. They apply to the website, intake requests, reports, security testing services, and related communications unless a separate signed agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement, or authorization letter says otherwise.
Authorized security testing only
Loki Intelligence only performs security testing against systems where the customer confirms that they are authorized to approve the test. Customers are responsible for accurate scope, ownership, exclusions, test accounts, safe testing windows, and escalation contacts.
Test results and limitations
Security testing reduces risk but does not guarantee that a system is free from vulnerabilities. Reports reflect the tested scope, timing, access level, available evidence, and safety boundaries.
Fees, confidentiality, and acceptable use
Scope, deliverables, timing, fees, recurring-work terms, confidentiality expectations, and acceptable-use limits are confirmed in a written quote or agreement. One fully executed agreement may authorize multiple bounded assessments when each is expressly named and scheduled and the applicable scope, Rules of Engagement, stop contact, data terms, and payment evidence are complete. No separate per-assessment signature, Work Order, or customer release is required. The service may not be used to attack systems without authorization, distribute malware, harvest credentials, or misrepresent security status.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires a different rule. The full interactive page contains the complete published Terms.
